Reporting Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of regular and ad-hoc reports related to the Capital Renewal Program
• Collaborate with project managers, finance, and other stakeholders to define reporting requirements and KPIs
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized reporting frameworks covering scope, cost, schedule, risks, and KPIs
• Consolidate project data into weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive reports
• Establish and enforce reporting protocols, including timelines, validation workflows, and approval processes
• Track and manage interdependencies across projects to ensure alignment with operational priorities
• Identify and communicate cross-project risks, delays, and resource conflicts
• Design and maintain executive dashboards for real-time visibility into program progress and budget utilization
• Review and validate master schedules and monitor critical path and dependencies
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing reporting tools, templates, and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in project reporting, program management, or capital project oversight
• Experience in managing reporting frameworks and executive dashboards
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, governance, and reporting processes
• Experience in schedule management and critical path analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and SAP
• Experience with dashboarding and analytics tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as PMP
• Certification in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
