About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enterprise-level data models, analytics frameworks, and reporting workflows
  • Build predictive, statistical, and forecasting models for cost, schedule, risk, and program performance
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions for executive leadership
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers
  • Partner with project controls, finance, and program management teams to integrate data from multiple sources
  • Automate manual reporting processes to improve data accessibility and efficiency
  • Establish data governance and quality assurance procedures
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to executive management

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, engineering, or business analytics
  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data science within large infrastructure construction programs
  • Experience supporting major capital infrastructure, transportation, aviation, or water/wastewater programs
  • Strong knowledge of project controls and performance measurement methodologies
  • Proficiency with Python, R, or SQL
  • Proficiency with Power BI and other visualization platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, or Google Data Analytics certification
  • Experience leading analytics initiatives for major infrastructure programs
  • Experience with PMIS, Oracle, or Primavera P6
  • Experience developing Kanban-style or Agile workflow dashboards
