Reporting & Data Automation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Automate data collection and consolidation processes from ERP and management systems
• Design and maintain automated reporting systems for economic-financial analyses and KPIs
• Improve data quality, accuracy, and traceability
• Develop dashboards and periodic reports for Management and operational functions
• Support internal and external audits
• Collaborate with IT to integrate systems and optimize data sources

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Statistics or Economics
• 5 years of relevant experience in reporting or data automation roles
• Familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ability to interpret Income Statements and Balance Sheets
• Experience with ERP data integration (e.g., Microsoft Navision, Business Central)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in Italian and strong command of English

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI
• Experience with CRM/Salesforce platforms
