Reporting & Consolidations Lead

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidated financial statements for 13 legal entities across international jurisdictions
• Manage the consolidation of multiple subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associates, ensuring accurate elimination of intercompany balances
• Ensure group reporting complies with relevant IFRS standards and assess accounting treatments for complex transactions
• Own the group consolidation and reporting cycle, including the preparation of management reports, dashboards, and variance analysis
• Coordinate group audits with external auditors and subsidiary finance teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Establish and maintain group-wide intercompany accounting policies and reconciliation processes
• Drive process improvements and automation within group consolidation and reporting systems (ERP)
• Act as a subject matter expert for IFRS and consolidation matters, supporting the CFO on special projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Professional qualification is essential (CA, CPA, or ACCA)
• 7+ years of finance experience, with a strong focus on group consolidation and reporting
• Proven expertise in IFRS and technical accounting
• Experience working within a multi-currency environment
• Combination of Big 4 and industry experience
• High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
• Ability to manage tight reporting deadlines and multiple stakeholders
