Reporting & Budget Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial steering, budget closures, and forecasting processes for multiple reporting units and legal entities.
• Manage and develop a Controlling & Reporting team of five people across several sites.
• Consolidate and analyze key financial indicators, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Coordinate with project controllers, accounting, supply chain, and sales administration to ensure data reliability.
• Prepare monthly management presentations for the Services France Executive Committee and the France & BeLux Region.
• Drive continuous improvement of internal processes and organizational efficiency.
• Challenge budgetary assumptions and propose competitiveness improvement plans.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, management, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in management control, ideally within a transforming environment.
• Proven experience in team leadership and managing multi-located teams.
• Proficiency in SAP and other advanced financial tools.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse operational and financial stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to support change management.
