Reporting and Automation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven business insights and analytics to drive growth within Banking products such as Mortgages, Cards, and Deposits
• Deliver insights and segmentation by leveraging internal and external data to support strategic decision-making
• Use product and financial subject matter expertise to demonstrate how product areas drive profitability
• Develop and assist in various reporting initiatives and data analytics on banking initiatives
• Take an ownership role in product data capabilities and ensure sound data governance and development frameworks
• Analyze complex business problems and identify trends or patterns in datasets to construct strategic recommendations

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in financial services
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Technical knowledge of SAS, SQL, Alteryx, PowerBI, R, or Python
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a highly collaborative, cross-functional team environment
