About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform daily reporting related to used vehicles (VO)
- Monitor purchases and conduct qualitative and quantitative stock analysis
- Control margins and produce performance indicators for management
- Create and update internal forms (IT, Purchasing, ISO, etc.)
- Follow up on commercial operations and intervention budgets
- Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations for internal and brand meetings
- Support monthly management operations, including stock clearance and auctions
- Manage payments, closing activities, and financial provisions
- Monitor transport delays and handle administrative blocks or invoice follow-ups
Requirements
- Bac +2 to Bac +5 in management, administration, or data analysis
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and autonomy
