Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality assurance and data integrity across all reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and reconcile qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources.
• Monitor and update reporting and interface tracking artifacts using SharePoint and other enterprise tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Data Management, JIRA, and Power BI to align reporting with deployment milestones.
• Prepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports to internal leadership and government clients.
• Draft clear, concise PowerPoint presentations and executive-level briefing materials.
• Support escalation reporting, executive briefings, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong experience with Power BI and other Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Milestone Pro.
• Previous Federal Contracting experience.
• Proficiency with Apex and JIRA.
