Responsibilities

• Pitch, write, and edit daily digital content and contribute to monthly print reports.
• Research and conduct interviews with industry sources to ensure factual accuracy.
• Break critical news and exclusives for Hotelier Middle East and Caterer Middle East.
• Monitor industry trends and audience interests to develop original, engaging stories.
• Collaborate with social and video teams to create multi-platform content packages.
• Meet weekly content volume and audience targets while adhering to editorial standards.
• Support revenue-generating content strategies and maintain relationships with PR professionals.
• Attend industry events and conferences as required.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of editorial experience in a newsroom environment.
• Strong writing and interviewing skills with a proven portfolio.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices.
• Excellent research skills and high attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong interest in the GCC and MENA hospitality industry.
