Report Checker

Responsibilities

• Review draft reports for correctness of templates, test results, and buyer requirements
• Update the team on updated buyer report templates, SOPs, requirements, and sending rules
• Communicate with Key Account Managers for clarification on buyer manuals
• Coordinate with Technical and Customer Service teams regarding testing issues, TRFs, and samples
• Approve reports in the OTS and other buyer-related systems
• Upload reports to buyer-specified systems and provide summaries when needed
• Maintain laboratory documents and records in compliance with ISO 17025 principles
• Ensure confidentiality of test reports in compliance with company integrity policies

Requirements

• Degree in Garment technology, Chemical Engineering, or a chemistry-related field
• Or at least 1 year of experience in a textile or footwear company (QA/QC or Factory Lab Technician)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Basic English communication skills
