About the role
Responsibilities
- Define, industrialize, and optimize assembly methods for new products during the project phase and existing products in series production
- Create and manage assembly methods for the production line
- Define assembly processes to meet production objectives
- Ensure continuous improvement of product flows during series production
- Create and maintain assembly range data within the information system
- Define requirements for tooling, packaging, and technical documentation
- Guarantee the accuracy of operating times for assembly ranges
- Participate in the industrialization of new products by proposing assembly strategies
- Lead projects within the sector
Requirements
- Technician diploma or Bachelor's degree in industry
- Proven experience in industrial methods and new product follow-up
- Knowledge of Method tools: VSM, Takt-Time, operating time measurement, and indicator analysis
- Proficiency with standard IT tools
- SAP knowledge is considered an asset
- Proactive, autonomous, and possessing strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
