Responsibilities

• Define programming strategies, associated tools, and influential parameters
• Perform equipment setup, develop programs, and validate them according to current standards and methodology
• Support and assist production via a Helpdesk
• Participate in the acquisition of production equipment
• Ensure proper definition of product specifications for operations in close collaboration with industrialization managers, designers, and method agents
• Share strategies and processes with operations throughout the industrialization phases
• Train and support users during process transfers between industrialization and operations

Requirements

• CFC de polymécanicien
• Confirmed experience in the field of Swiss screw machining (décolletage)
• Knowledge of Tornos and Citizen screw machines
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Technical culture, curiosity, and openness to new technologies
• Strong communication, organizational, and methodical skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within transverse teams
