Responsibilities

• Define, measure, and analyze the permanent availability and optimal state of assembly line equipment
• Train operators and assistants on production equipment
• Provide support and facilitate relations between production and other manufacturing departments
• Manage and perform level 1 preventive maintenance on equipment
• Act as a substitute for maintenance agents
• Support the acquisition of new assembly means
• Define technical standards to regulate and maintain equipment performance

Requirements

• CFC in automation, polymechanics, or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in project management and industrial mechanics
• Ability to create and lead training sessions
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and proactive skills
