Replenishment Task Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Download replenishment reports every two hours to maintain operational visibility
• Print, organize, assign, and direct replenishment tasks to warehouse associates
• Monitor replenishment aging and prioritize tasks to ensure inventory flow
• Maintain constant communication with the Inventory Lead regarding status and risks
• Collect, organize, and analyze replenishment and operational data using Excel and Google Sheets
• Develop and maintain reports for operational KPI monitoring
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support root cause analysis
• Promote a safe and organized work environment following warehouse safety standards
• Support outbound operations by ensuring inventory availability in pick locations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience in warehouse operations, replenishment, or inventory control preferred
• Proficiency with computers, printers, and reporting tools
• Experience with WMS and RF scanners preferred
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
