Replenishment Lead

Responsibilities

• Utilize a finger scanner and WMS interface to locate and select products from refrigerated storage
• Safely pack temperature-sensitive items into appropriate packaging
• Ensure picked items match customer orders and meet quality standards
• Conduct regular quality checks to identify damages, discrepancies, or expiration issues
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets
• Verify and maintain inventory levels within your bay and communicate with other teams for replenishment
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE guidelines in a food-based, refrigerated environment
• Maintain functional knowledge of all production line areas, including box building and prepping

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as business needs require
• Ability to thrive in a repetitive and fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience working in a food-based environment
