Responsibilities

• Establish solid vendor relations to ensure optimum cost and quality
• Communicate with vendors regarding item availability, stock levels, and delivery dates
• Negotiate discounts and costs, including air freight for urgent deliveries
• Present replenishment recommendations to Planning and Buying teams
• Enter and manage purchase orders within the system
• Recommend color and print expansions for core items
• Monitor selling reports and program buys to manage inventory flow
• Recommend promotional activities to drive sales volume

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Replenishment, Data Analysis, or a related field
• Proven experience in vendor negotiation
• Strong proficiency in Excel (SUMIFS, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
• Deep knowledge of retail math (markup, margin planning, open to buy, inventory productivity)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• BFA or BA in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with product development
• Experience in a digital or multi-brand setting
• Fluency in languages other than English
