Repairs Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities for specific contract areas
• Manage a team of 10+ PAYE operatives covering reactive maintenance repairs
• Assist with Health and Safety standards and practices
• Oversee complex works and projects via site visits and client correspondence
• Support schedulers to coordinate large projects
• Provide quotes to clients utilizing Schedule of Rates
• Liaise with residents and oversee complaint works
• Attend regular client meetings to provide updates
• Conduct post-inspections and work with planners to prioritize jobs

Requirements

• Experience dealing with multi-trade operatives and sub-contractors
• Asbestos awareness certificate
• Valid driving license
• In-date DBS check
• Strong IT knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the housing sector
