Repairs Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee all jobs from commencement to completion
• Ensure client specifications and requirements are met
• Attend validation inspections to scope works
• Manage job workflow via Total Mobile Dashboard
• Coordinate and supervise supply chain for timely delivery
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure site safety compliance
• Create Health and Safety Files for each job
• Perform post-inspections to ensure quality standards and snag completion
• Monitor compliance with job specifications, designs, and drawings
• Assess and minimize risks by implementing H&S policies

Requirements

• Experience in a similar supervisory role
• Knowledge and experience of Cyclical Workstream
• Experience working within a supply chain delivery model
• Proficiency in Total Mobile and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to work without direct supervision and handle emergencies
• Strong commercial acumen and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant Site Management qualification or proven experience
• SMSTS
• SSSTS
• First Aid
• Asbestos Awareness
