Repairman

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on repair of turbine engine components and accessories, including drilling, fastener removal, blending, and insert installation
• Utilize hand tools, specialized tooling, and fixtures to support engine assembly, disassembly, and testing
• Interpret and follow work instructions, engineering specifications, and quality requirements
• Conduct self-inspections and peer inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Support Safety, Quality, and Delivery (SQD) objectives and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Work a weekend shift schedule: Friday – Sunday, 6:30am – 7pm

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License or Powerplant (P) Certificate
• Experience using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators
• Previous experience in engine overhaul, repair, or maintenance within aerospace, aviation, or military environments
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and SAP
