Repair the World Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and lead Jewish service programs addressing local needs like food insecurity and homelessness
• Build strategic partnerships with local service providers and Jewish organizations
• Meet with students one-on-one to identify interests and foster a sense of belonging
• Facilitate Jewish learning and reflection connected to service experiences
• Recruit, train, and supervise student Service Ambassadors and leaders
• Track program data and participation to support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with colleagues on recruitment and campus engagement strategies

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in service programming, community organizing, Jewish education, or campus engagement
• Experience facilitating Jewish learning or service experiences
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Passion for Jewish values, social justice, and social change
