Repair Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive repairs on electric bikes and scooters, ranging from minor bolt tightening to motor replacement
• Conduct quality checks and routine inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety standards
• Follow processes to log and track maintenance records
• Track inventory levels for spare parts on an ongoing basis
• Maintain warehouse organization and set examples for teammates
• Perform field tasks such as battery swapping and redistribution

Requirements

• At least 1+ years of experience in maintenance or auto repair
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull electric vehicles weighing up to 80 lbs
• Problem-solving mindset and self-motivation
• Comfortable navigating and using smartphone apps
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to the warehouse location

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience with bikes, scooters, motorcycles, or automobiles
• Basic knowledge of electronics
