Repair Technician

Responsibilities

• Repair and refurbish a full range of PC and ATM modules
• Diagnose faults using specialized test equipment and software
• Ensure all repairs meet strict quality control standards
• Maintain and repair test ATMs and recover reusable components from decommissioned units
• Manage shipping, tracking, and system updates for parts requests
• Support the management of Field Operations stock areas and handle equipment deliveries
• Complete administrative tasks and follow technical guidance from the Technical Support team
• Implement product upgrades and contribute to continuous improvement of repair processes

Requirements

• Basic PC and Microsoft Office skills
• Understanding of BIOS configuration and Windows operating systems
• Strong electro-mechanical skills
• Ability to follow technical information and procedures accurately
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment as required
• High attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous electrical repair or soldering experience
• Prior knowledge of NCR, Wincor, or Triton ATM types
