Repair Technician II

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnosis and efficient repair of service parts and terminals down to the component level
• Maintain test and repair equipment to ensure operational readiness
• Inspect and evaluate all parts and equipment returned from the field to determine if they should be scrapped, repaired, or refurbished
• Load hardware for spare parts and products
• Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy work environment in accordance with company standards

Requirements

• Proven knowledge in the repair and maintenance of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical component parts
• Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and computing environments
• Competency with the use of hand and power tools
• Hands-on experience using soldering equipment
• Ability to follow Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards, protocols, and guidelines
• Demonstrated ability to deliver quality repairs within a timely manner
• Strong communication skills and a mature work ethic
