About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnosis and efficient repair of service parts and terminals down to the component level
- Maintain test and repair equipment to ensure operational readiness
- Inspect and evaluate all parts and equipment returned from the field to determine if they should be scrapped, repaired, or refurbished
- Load hardware for spare parts and products
- Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy work environment in accordance with company standards
Requirements
- Proven knowledge in the repair and maintenance of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical component parts
- Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and computing environments
- Competency with the use of hand and power tools
- Hands-on experience using soldering equipment
- Ability to follow Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards, protocols, and guidelines
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality repairs within a timely manner
- Strong communication skills and a mature work ethic
