Repair Technician, I

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, testing, and modular level repairs on whole units and electronic modules
• Use custom software testing suites to diagnose and validate hardware failures
• Maintain accurate record keeping for individual repairs and collect data for evaluation
• Utilize equipment such as voltmeters, computers, and special test fixtures
• Follow engineering changes and established work instructions to meet production and quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
• Basic knowledge of computers and test equipment
• Proficiency with various hand tools
• Strong manual dexterity and visual coordination
• Ability to stand or sit on a production line throughout the shift
• General math skills and ability to work well with others
