Repair Technician - Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level physical repairs on Printed Board Assemblies (PBA) and sub-components using advanced soldering and technical tools
• Interpret complex circuit diagrams and electrical schematics to locate and fix hardware malfunctions
• Utilize specialized diagnostic software to manage defect data and perform device recovery
• Conduct daily inspections of the repair environment, including ESD, temperature, and humidity levels
• Oversee the flow of repair materials and manage spare parts inventory
• Analyze failure trends to report findings to engineering and provide technical training to production staff

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in professional electronics repair, manufacturing, or assembly
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a 2-year Technical Diploma in a relevant field (Electronics, Industrial, or Systems Engineering preferred)
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and using precision diagnostic hardware
• Strong knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety standards

• Fresh graduates with a major in Electronic Engineering are encouraged to apply
