Repair Technician Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with inspections, repairs, and installations
• Learn brick masonry, welding, and concrete skills
• Safely work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and rooftops
• Operate tools and handle physical tasks including lifting and material handling
• Repair and reline fireplaces, chimneys, and venting systems
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to pass fitness and aptitude assessments
• Ability to lift 60-80 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights for lengthy periods
• Strong math skills and ability to read a tape measure
• Reliable daily commute to Spring Hill, KS

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction or labor experience
• Trade school education
• JROTC, ROTC, or military experience
