Repair Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for all elevator repair and testing projects
• Meet project deadlines and financial performance targets, including profit and working capital
• Conduct field education training and perform safety audits and jobsite inspections
• Develop and maintain site safety and logistics plans
• Coordinate material deliveries and issue purchase orders
• Forecast and schedule labor resources to ensure successful project completion
• Develop professional relationships with co-workers, field employees, and clients
• Analyze situations to assist in developing contingencies for estimates

Requirements

• 5+ years of elevator industry experience or experience leading field technicians in a similar industry
• 5+ years in the elevator field accompanied by a trade certificate and/or a University Degree in Engineering
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technical computer software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
