Repair Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requests via email and telephone to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Act as a key interface between customers and internal departments such as repair line managers, warehouse, quality, and logistics.
• Analyze technical conclusions from the workshop to create commercial and financial repair proposals.
• Prepare and transmit repair quotes to customers and manage quote approvals.
• Coordinate deliveries and oversee the billing process.
• Assist in resolving disputes related to deliveries or invoicing.

Requirements

• Training in commercial or administrative management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong administrative management skills, specifically regarding quotes and billing.
• High level of organization, rigor, and autonomy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the aeronautics sector.
