Repair & Overhaul Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on repair and overhaul equipment to maintain operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems as part of overhaul processes
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements during all maintenance activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support maintenance planning and execution
• Document maintenance activities and report issues or improvements to management

Requirements

• Experience in repair and overhaul maintenance with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical repair tools and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) due to export control laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical certification or diploma in a relevant trade or engineering discipline
• Experience with maintenance management systems
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
