Repair Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Repair Superintendent to estimate, plan, and execute repair projects
• Regularly attend job sites to review project scope, assess technical requirements, and collaborate with field personnel
• Coordinate material deliveries and issue purchase orders in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Develop and maintain professional, productive relationships with co-workers, field employees, clients, and other stakeholders
• Forecast and schedule labor resources to ensure successful project completion while maintaining quality standards
• Analyze project requirements and assist in developing contingencies for estimates and execution challenges

Requirements

• University Degree in Engineering, a trade certificate, and/or 5+ years of experience in the elevator field
• Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technical computer software
• Ability to attend job sites and understand elevator system operations, components, and repair methods
• Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or education in a technical, engineering, construction, or industrial environment
• Previous experience in coordination, planning, or support within an operations-focused role
• Strong interest in the elevator industry and project coordination
