About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze KPI and performance data for repair operations to identify issues and improvement areas
  • Plan and drive initiatives to improve repair quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead projects for new services, operational processes, and system implementations
  • Coordinate with internal departments, outsourced partners, and overseas teams
  • Manage project progress, issues, and milestones
  • Discover improvement opportunities through on-site interviews and data analysis
  • Plan and facilitate regular meetings and workshops
  • Prepare reports, meeting materials, and operational manuals
  • Maintain data and information infrastructure to ensure stable operations

Requirements

  • Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and KPI management
  • Project management experience including progress tracking, issue management, and stakeholder coordination
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to analyze quantitative data and develop improvement proposals
  • Business-level Japanese for coordination and documentation
  • English skills for email correspondence, document creation, and communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in repair service, customer service, supply chain, or related operations
  • Experience in workflow design, operational rule development, and meeting facilitation
  • Basic knowledge of hardware products and repair services
  • Experience using AI to improve operations and drive automation
  • Background in quality control, parts management, or customer support
  • Experience creating manuals, reports, and meeting materials
  • Experience working with global stakeholders on projects or ongoing operations
