Repair Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned PM tasks with manufacturing to minimize machine downtime
• Support Maintenance Supervisor or Engineering on equipment upgrades and projects
• Perform light machining and basic electrical controls repairs
• Assemble, debug, troubleshoot, and maintain new and current tooling
• Order and maintain purchased tooling and replacement tools
• Utilize Solution Center Tools to communicate unresolved manufacturing issues

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical or manufacturing environment
• Experience as a maintenance or equipment technician
• Ability to read product blueprints
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/sit for 90 consecutive minutes
• 20/40 correctable vision

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-year or 4-year Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering degree
• Electrical experience with proximity sensors, servo motors, and PLC programming
• Machinist skills, die mechanics, bench work, or soldering experience
• Tool & Die or Electrical Journeyman certification
• CPR/First Aid/AED training
