Repair Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair schedules based on technician availability and customer needs
• Maintain accurate, real-time updates within the scheduling system and communicate with field technicians to ensure work orders are completed on schedule
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates on scheduling, invoicing, and service progress
• Create and manage repair work orders with accurate documentation, and generate invoices for completed work
• Monitor open work orders and follow through to ensure tasks are completed
• Reconcile truck inventory for repair technicians and monitor parts and tool usage to maintain proper stock levels
• Track key performance indicators such as completion rates and rescheduled jobs
• Support technicians with work order closeout and next-day planning

Requirements

• Customer service professional with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent communicator with polished phone, email, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and scheduling software
• Highly organized multitasker who can balance multiple priorities effectively
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Positive team player who values collaboration and support
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional
