About the role
Responsibilities
- Process repair work orders for in-house and mobile service technicians
- Manage warranty repair processing and assist with repair quotations
- Follow up with customers regarding pending service billing and documentation
- Coordinate with carriers for shipment tracking and proof of delivery
- Support inventory coordination, including transfers and return authorizations
- Respond to product and process inquiries from sales teams and customers
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, transactions, and repair volumes
- Partner with Rental/Demo teams to arrange loaner equipment during repair cycles
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, repair coordination, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales support or customer support
- Experience working with WMS, CRM, or ERP systems
