Repack Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate repack, relabeling, variety pack assembly, and other special project activities.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop Repack Associates to ensure safe and productive operations.
• Plan and coordinate projects by ensuring labor, materials, packaging components, and equipment are prepared.
• Monitor project progress and adjust staffing, schedules, and priorities to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, GMPs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain accurate records related to labor hours, project completion, inventory usage, and productivity metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Logistics, and Customer Success teams to resolve issues and coordinate execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve repack processes, workflow efficiency, and project profitability.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, warehouse, repack, fulfillment, or production environments.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and production or inventory tracking systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage manufacturing.
