Repack Associate

Responsibilities

• Assess and sort all damaged products for recouping
• Collaborate directly with warehouse management to control shrink
• Cooperate with merchandising to ensure proper packaging from vendors
• Assist with developing a reconciliation program
• Work with inventory control to assist in reducing company shrink
• Maintain a clean and neat work area at all times

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Ability to lift and/or move 20-40 pounds regularly, and occasionally 50-80 pounds
• Strong mathematical and basic computer skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively regarding job tasks and safety
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1-3 months of related warehouse distribution experience preferred
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
