Repack Associate

Responsibilities

• Package produce items according to customer specifications including weight and quality
• Meet production and productivity standards
• Maintain product integrity during the packing process
• Build organized orders with high attention to quality and accuracy
• Adhere to all food safety programs and warehouse safety procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Intermediate English skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments (36 F)
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs
• Basic math skills and ability to read weigh scales
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Dependable attendance and ability to follow management direction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience riding a pallet jack
• Experience operating a forklift
