Responsibilities

• Conduct rental check-ins, check-outs, briefings, and provide ongoing rental support
• Perform professional RV sales demonstrations to showcase features and specs
• Track leads, demos, and follow-ups in CRM to convert rental customers into sales opportunities
• Maintain knowledge of RV models and perform basic system demos for lighting, gas, etc.
• Handle service recovery and emergencies with empathy

Requirements

• 1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems
• Proficiency using rental systems
• Valid Driving License (Category B)
• Fluency in English
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the depot for extended periods
• Ability to lift or carry light to moderate items (10–15 kg)
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM tools
• Experience with digital sales software
• Local-language proficiency
