Responsibilities
- Conduct customer check-ins, check-outs, and briefings
- Provide ongoing rental support and handle service recovery
- Perform professional RV sales demonstrations to showcase features and specs
- Track leads, demos, and follow-ups in CRM
- Maintain knowledge of RV models and perform basic technical system demos
- Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues as needed
Requirements
- 1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical vehicle systems
- Driving License (Category B)
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the depot for extended periods
- Ability to lift or carry items (10–15 kg)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish language proficiency
- Experience with CRM tools or digital sales software
