Rental Service Agent

Responsibilities

• Conduct rental check-ins, check-outs, and customer briefings at the Bologna depot
• Provide ongoing rental support and handle service recovery with empathy
• Prepare and perform RV sales demonstrations showcasing features and specs
• Ensure smooth vehicle handovers and accurate documentation
• Track leads, demos, and follow-ups in CRM to support sales targets
• Maintain product knowledge of RV models and perform basic system demos
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary

Requirements

• 1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems
• Hands-on, adaptable, and solution-oriented under pressure
• Proficiency with rental systems and CRM tools
• Organised, detail-focused, and proactive
• Driving License (Category B)
• English proficiency required; Italian preferred
• Able to stand, walk, and move around the depot for extended periods
• Able to lift or carry 10–15 kg and work outdoors in varying weather
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season schedules
