Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle check-ins, check-outs, briefings, and provide continuous support during rentals
• Manage service incidents and emergencies with empathy
• Prepare and conduct professional demonstrations of leisure vehicles to convert prospects into buyers
• Follow up on leads, demonstrations, and reminders within the CRM
• Maintain technical knowledge of vehicle models and perform basic system demonstrations (lighting, gas, etc.)
• Identify and resolve technical issues or escalate them when necessary

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive industries
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Ability to understand and explain technical vehicle systems
• Operational, adaptable, and solution-oriented profile capable of working under pressure
• Valid Category B driver's license
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to stand, walk, and move within the depot for long periods
• Ability to lift or carry light to moderately heavy objects (10 to 15 kg)
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with CRM tools, rental systems, or digital sales software
• Mastery of the local language
