Rental Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and friendly service.
• Greet and guide customers through the car rental process while building rapport.
• Prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and fuel options.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle customer inquiries with urgency, professionalism, and an organized approach.

Requirements

• Proven sales talent with experience in upselling and closing.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a commission-driven environment and thrive under pressure.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, banking, B2B, or car rental sectors.
• A track record of building strong customer relationships.
