Rental Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and professional greeting.
• Guide customers through the car rental process and prepare rental agreements.
• Advise customers on vehicle options and optional extras to maximize sales and service opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries with an organized, service-oriented approach.
• Drive the rental experience at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport branch.

Requirements

• Proven sales talent with a motivation to achieve targets.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or the tourism sector.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
