Rental Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and professional greeting.
• Guide customers through the car rental process and prepare rental agreements.
• Advise customers on optional extras and vehicle upgrades to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries with an organized, service-oriented approach.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the rental experience.

Requirements

• Natural sales talent with a motivation to achieve sales targets.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or the tourism industry.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.
