Rental Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional service
• Present tailored offers to customers to enhance their rental experience
• Handle rental agreements and manage customer inquiries with organization and care
• Manage the branch fleet of vehicles and assist with various branch tasks

Requirements

• Passion for sales and high-quality customer service
• Previous experience in direct customer contact (service, tourism, or sales preferred)
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
