Rental Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional service
• Confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services to meet sales goals
• Prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries with organization and a service-oriented attitude
• Maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all available products
• Manage vehicle fleet tasks and branch operations to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven upselling and closing skills with a motivation to meet targets
• Experience in direct customer contact, such as retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
