Rental Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and friendly service.
• Guide customers through the car rental process and build rapport to identify their specific needs.
• Prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and fuel options.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle customer inquiries with urgency, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• Proven sales talent with experience in upselling and closing.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a passion for direct customer interaction.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Authorization to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, banking, B2B, or car rental sectors.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
