Rental Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and friendly service.
• Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries with an organized, service-oriented approach.
• Tailor product and fleet offers to meet individual customer needs and maximize sales.
• Manage bookings and customer data accurately using company tech platforms.
• Maintain premium service standards, compliance, and operating protocols.

Requirements

• Proven sales expertise and a passion for premium customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High level of computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's licence (provisional or full).
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales within retail, dealership, technology, insurance, or real estate.
