Rental Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers with a professional and sales-oriented approach
• Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries with organization and service excellence
• Tailor product and fleet offers to meet individual customer needs
• Manage bookings and customer data accurately via tech platforms
• Maintain premium service standards, compliance, and operating protocols

Requirements

• Current provisional or full driver's license
• Ability to work a rotating roster between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday
• Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and school holidays
• Experience in sales or customer service (retail, dealership, technology, insurance, or real estate preferred)
