Rental Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional service
• Drive sales by offering personalized rental solutions and upgrades
• Manage rental contracts and handle customer inquiries with an organized, service-oriented approach
• Perform vehicle check-in and check-out procedures, including inspecting vehicle condition and documenting damages
• Support fleet logistics by organizing vehicles in the parking area and coordinating internal movements to ensure operational fluidity

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in tourism, services, or retail sales
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Valid driver's license
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication skills and a passion for sales and customer advisory
